We are getting married, and we can’t wait to share a weekend of love, laughs, good food and the dance floor with our favourite people.
On 17 June 2021, Noah surprised us with a trip to Promise Lands Creek in Bellingen — somewhere we’d talked about camping for a long time, but had never been.
We pull up at the end of a road and ventured down to the rocky creek and decided that’s where we would spent the night, by the creek with a fire going and the stars out. So we gathered sticks for a fire at sunset along the bank and settled in for the night. The water was unbelievably clear and blue, and there was something really magical about the place. Later that evening, Noah proposed.
The next morning we explored the creek before heading up to Dorrigo Mountain to do the 9km waterfall loop. A pretty great way to start the next chapter.

We met and had our first date in Byron Bay, and quickly found ourselves back in Lennox Head watching the sunset. From that moment, we just clicked — it felt easy and right, and soon we were spending almost every day together.
It was summer, and with Noah working as a Kayak instructor and taking people on dolphin and whale safaris at the time, his schedule often freed up when northerly winds called off work. Around that time, I had planned a month-long road trip back to the South Coast. Since we were seeing each other every day, I invited Noah along — and I’m so glad I did. Having him there made the trip so much more adventurous. It was amazing exploring the South Coast with someone seeing it all for the first time; our days were packed with waterfalls, camping, surfing, diving, live music, and hot beach days.
It was a pretty perfect way to fall in love.
